 Our community offers many possibilities for the tourist. We have our own lodge and a big shared kitchen only one hour in canoe from the community. Everything you need can be found in the lodge, including food and beverage all days.

 From the lodge you can experience all that the jungle has to offer. Our guides were all born - and have lived all their life - in the jungle, and want to teach you how to live the Shiwiar way of life. With the lodge as a starting point they will show and accompany you to the jungle, where you can enjoy animals and plants; or to lagoons and beaches by the river in canoe.

 At the moment we are able to receive tourists for 1 to 6 nights; and because we started with tourism recently, there has to arrive at least two persons. Therefore, at the moment you unfortunately have to pay for two persons, if you would like to visit our lodge as a single person.

 $60 per person per night

 In order to enter the community one has to take a flight from the airport of the city Shell, 9 km from the city of Puyo, Pastaza. The flights takes 1 hour and 20 minutes and costs between $500-700 depending on the number of passengers.

 Nuestra comunidad ofrece muchas posibilidades para el turista. Nosotros tenemos nuestras propias cabañas y una grande cocina compartida sólo una hora en canoa de la comunidad. En las cabañas hay todo lo que necesitan, incluyendo comida y bebida todos los días.

 Desde allí podrán experimentar todo lo que la selva puede ofrecer. Nuestros guías todos han nacido y han vivido toda la vida en la selva, y quieren enseñarles a vivir la vida Shiwiar. Desde las cabañas van a mostrarles y acompañarles a la selva, donde pueden disfrutar los animales y las plantas; o a lagunas y playas por el río en canoa.

 Por el momento podemos recibir turistas por 1 a 6 noches; y por que recién empezamos con turismo, hay que venir más de una persona. Por eso, desafortunadamente por el momento tienes que pagar por dos personas, si tú quieres venir sólo.
